/KASE, February 27, 2020/ – Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
of a decision of its Board of Directors dated February 26, 2020 on repurchase
of bonds KZ2C00004554 (KASE main market, category "bonds", CCBNb32;
KZT100, KZT70.0 bn; December 27, 2018 – December 27, 2025; semi-annual
coupon, 10.95 % APR; 30/360) on the regulated securities market, pro rata to
the number of bonds held by bondholders at a price corresponding to the
weighted average yield at bond offering as of the repurchase date.
