/KASE, February 26, 2020/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage
Company" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of its sole shareholder
dated February 24, 2020: "To increase the number of authorized ordinary
shares of the joint-stock company Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan
Mortgage Company" in the total number of 22,000,000 pieces, taking into
account the shares authorized earlier in the number of 13,681,600 pieces, by
way of issuing ordinary shares in the number of 8,318,400 pieces".
