/KASE, February 21, 2020/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of its Board of Directors dated February 14, 2020, Zh. Nurmagambetov –
managing director of strategy and development was appointed a member of the
Management Board, effective as of February 24, 2020.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of "KEGOC" JSC consists
of five persons: B. Kazhiev, B. Zhazykbaev, A. Botabekov, T. Safuany,
Zh. Nurmagambetov.
