/KASE, February 19, 2020/ – Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant (East Kazakhstan reg.),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by the following decision of its sole shareholder made on
February 14, 2020 the following changes were made to the Board of Directors:
- A.A. Dmitriyev and A.A. Zhaksymbay, members of the Board of Directors, were
removed;
- A.A. Bekkereyev, a member of the Board of Directors, was appointed.
Given this change, the Board of Directors of Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant now
consists of five people: A.G. Lee, E.G. Yunusova, B.B. Zhamishev, S.K. Tolukpayev
and A.A. Bekkereyev.
