/KASE, February 19, 2020/ – Dosjan temir joly (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 14, 2020 about
changes in the Management Board:
- removed: N. Baizhanov – Chairman of the Management Board, D. Potlov –
member of the Management Board;
- appointed: D. Potlov – Chairman of the Management Board, Zh. Akishev –
member of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of "Dosjan temir joly"
JSC consists of three persons: D. Potlov, N. Adilbayev, Zh. Akishev.
