/KASE, February 14, 2020/ – Baspana Mortgage Organization (Almaty), whose bonds
are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE
about voluntary restructuring of the company by its consolisation with the
Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund. According to the statement, the company has sent
notifications to all creditors on February 11, 2020 enclosing relevant certificate
of ownership and merger and contact details that can help if the creditors have
any quiries.
