/KASE, February 13, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE of the
Board of Directors’ decision of February 11, 2020 to make changes to the makeup
of the Management Board of the bank:
- B.B. Safarbekova, Managing Director and a member of the Management Board, and
A.N. Sibayeva, Managing Director and a member of the Management Board, have
been removed;
- D. Bayniyetova, Deputy Chairman and a member of the Management Board, M.B.
Abdukhalikov, Deputy Chairman and a member of the Management Board, Zh.T.
Munsuzbayev, Deputy Chairman and a member of the Management Board, D.S. Arinov,
Financial Director and a member of the Management Board, have been elected.
Given these changes, currently, AsiaCredit Bank’s Management Board comprises five
people: Arifioglu Abdurrahman Seki, D. Bayniyetova, M.B. Abdukhalikov, Zh.T.
Munsuzbayev and D.S. Arinov.
