/KASE, February 12, 2020/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 28, 2020,
consent was given to inclusion of international bonds XS2106835262 (KZT62.5 bn;
12.02.20 – 12.02.25, semi-annual coupon 10.75 % APR; 30/360) of Development Bank
of Kazakhstan (Nur-Sultan) in KASE official list's main market's category "bonds".
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is February 12, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
The payment agent of these bonds is Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, the
registrar – Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A.
The financial advisor of Development Bank of Kazakhstan is Subsidiary
organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty).
Said bonds were assigned the abbreviation (ticker) BRKZe10.
