/KASE, February 7, 2020/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 7, 2020, the following
changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:
- removed: A. Han – Chairman of the Management Board, A. Alibaeva – member of
the Management Board;
- appointed: A. Amanov – Chairman of the Management Board, Ch. Zhanykulov –
member of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of KazTransCom
consists of two persons: A. Amanov, Ch. Zhanykulov.
