/KASE, February 7, 2020/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the removal
of E. Kudabaev, a member of the Board of Directors, from the composition of the
Board of Directors, following his request.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of KEGOC consists of six
persons: A. Satkaliyev, S. Tiyessov, Zh. Yegimbayeva, Dominique Fache, Yanusz
Bialek, B. Kazhiyev.
