Zhaikmunai says Standard & Poor's downgraded long-term corporate rating of NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC to "ССС", outlook "Negative"

/KASE, February 6, 2020/ – Zhaikmunai (Oral), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "on February 4, 2020 S&P Global Ratings downgraded the long-term corporate rating of Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC from ССС+ (with stable outlook) to ССС (with negative outlook). This rating also applies to Zhaikmunai LLP, part of the corporate family Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC".
