D. Nalibaev appointed as member of Board of Directors of Insurance company Amanat

/KASE, February 5, 2020/ – Insurance company Amanat (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 31, 2020, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors: - N. Batyrgozhin, member of the Board of Directors, independent director, removed; - D. Nalibaev, member of the Board of Directors, independent director, appointed. Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Insurance company Amanat consists of three persons: R. Amirov, E. Begimbetov, D. Nalibaev.
