Surplus of Kazakhstan budget in 2002 - 0.03% of GDP

/REUTERS, Almaty, February 17, 03/ - Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan
informs that surplus of Kazakhstan budget, in accordance with online data of
the Ministry of finance, equaled in 2002 to KZT0.99 bn, or 0.03% of GDP.
First the budget was made up with deficit equaling to 2.3% of GDP.
Preliminary data of the Ministry of finance were the evidence of deficit
equaling to 0.11% of GDP. Budget of 2003 comprises deficit in the amount
of 2.0% of GDP or KZT82.8 bn.
Inflows into the state budget in 2002 equaled to KZT821.1 bn in comparison
with KZT746.6 bn in 2001, expenses including credits - KZT820.2 bn in
comparison with KZT759.6 bn one year before.
