/KASE, February 5, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about A. Kamalov, a member of the Board of Directors, leaving
the Board of Directors of his own accord (termination of powers from February
27, 2020).
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank
Sberbank of Russia consists of eight persons: G. Anashkin, A. Ashurkov, P.
Barchugov, D. Zvyagintsev, B. Isengaliev, N. Avdeenko, V. Sitnov, S. Akhanov.
