/KASE, February 5, 2020/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 30, 2020
the composition of the Board of Directors was changed:
- Zhilvinas Bartkus – a member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
removed;
- Petranek Oldrich – a member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Wholesale and retail
trade venture consists of three persons: I. Kim, A. Zakarlyuk, Petranek Oldrich.
