/KASE, February 3, 2020/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders by way of absentee voting will
be held on March 17, 2020, with the meeting agenda as follows:
- renaming of "Leasing Group" JSC to "Tengri Partners Commercial Finance
(Kazakhstan)" JSC and making of respective changes to the charter and other
documents of "Leasing Group" JSC;
- changes to the company's Board of Directors.
