/KASE, January 31, 2020/ – KazTransOil (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that Otarov B.I.,
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, was excluded from the Management Board
by the decision of the company’s Board of Directors of January 31, 2020.
Given these changes, currently, KazTransOil’s Management Board comprises eight
people: D.G. Dosanov, S.A. Arynov, A.B. Tanatarov, Zh.T. Makhin, Ch.M. Seisekenov,
Sh.B. Adilova, O.A. Idyrysova, Zh.A. Isakov.
