/KASE, January 29, 2020/ – Halyk Finance, subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan (Almaty, in the heading – Halyk Finance), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of receivings loans
in the amount of US $1,200,000.00 on January 27, 2020 and US $1,000,000.00 on
January 28, 2020. The purpose of loan is financing of working capital.
