/KASE, January 28, 2020/ – Life Insurance Company "Freedom Finance Life" (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE of the decision of Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held
on January 23, 2020:
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the company’s net income
received in 2018 in the amount KZT393,103,167.78 thous.:
- to allocate KZT126,358,505.00 for payment of dividends;
- to leave the remaining amount of net income of KZT266,744,662.78 at the
company’s disposal;
- to approve the dividend of KZT49 per one ordinary share of the company for 2018;
- to fix the list of company shareholders entitled to dividends on ordinary
shares for 2018 as at February 3, 2020;
- to set the date for launching payment of dividends on ordinary shares for 2018
as February 11, 2020.
