officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decision of its sole shareholder dated January 14, 2020: "to choose Moore
Stephens Kazakhstan limited liability partnership as an audit firm to conduct
the audit of financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31,
2019."
