/KASE, January 28, 2020/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on
February 28, 2020 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- on appointing members of the bank's Board of Directors;
- on determining the term of office of elected members of the bank's Board of
Directors.
