/KASE, January 27, 2020/ – Tengri Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that B.A. Ilyasov,
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Management Board, was
excluded from the Board as of January 15, 2020 by the decision nof the bank’s
Management Board.
Given these changes, currently, Tengri Bank’s Management Board comprises two
people: Singh Pawan and Gatreddi Babuji.
