/KASE, January 23, 2020/ – Investment House Fincraft (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on March 11,
2020 by absentee voting with the following agenda:
1) on the approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
shareholders of the company;
2) on the approval of the total amount of one-off (variable) bonus on the
results of 2019 to members of the Board of Directors and the Management
Board as well as to some employees of the company;
3) on payment of a one-off (variable) bonus on the results of 2019 to a member
of the Board of Directors and to the chairman of the Board of Directors.
