listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the following
people were elected to the Board of Directors by the sole shareholder’s decision
of January 17, 2020:
- D.N. Turganov;
- I.V. Tatarov;
- A.A. Yazovskaya;
- A.D. Nigay;
- E.R. Tabanov, independent director;
- G.E. Andreyev, independent director.
