/KASE, January 22, 2020/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Annual
General Meeting of its shareholders will start on February 20, 2020 at 11:00 am
with the following agenda:
- approval of the audited financial statements for 2018;
- decision to payout dividends on ordinary shares of the company.
