According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 160,240 pieces; - 34,890 common shares of the bank are outstanding; - the Bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the bank is HOME CREDIT AND FINANCE BANK.
