/KASE, January 21, 2020/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the Annual
General Meeting of its shareholders will start on February 21, 2020 at 11:30 am
with the following agenda:
- approval of the revised Regulations on the Board of Directors;
- on the appointment (election) of the chairman of Management Board of the
company and determining his/her term of office.
