/KASE, January 21, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from Eurasian Bank's shareholder registers as at January 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 2,034,807,500 pieces, preferred shares - 3,000,000 pieces; - 20,348,075 common shares of the bank are outstanding, preferred shares have not been offered; - the bank's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the bank is EURASIAN FINANCIAL COMPANY.
