/KASE, January 20, 2020/ – EKOTON+ (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the following
people have been excluded from the Board of Directors at her initiative:
- T.T. Tokhtarov, a member of the Board of Directors;
- E. Rakhymzhanov, a member of the Board of Directors.
Currently, EKOTON+’s Board of Directors comprises two people: B.A.
Baimukhanov, A.Yu. Grunin.
