380 dated November 24, 1999 was signed between the Company and the Ministry of
Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on
December 30, 2019.
2) Addendum No. 22 to Subsoil Use Contract for Mining Chrome Iron Ores at The 40
years to the Kazakh SSR – Molodezhnoye, Geophizicheskoye VII, Poiskovoye, The
20 years to the Kazakh SSR, Millionnoye, No. 21, Pervomayskoye, Almaz-
Zhemchuzhina deposits in Khromtau District of Aktobe Region of the Republic of
Kazakhstan No. 110 dated March 3, 1997 was signed between the Company and the
Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of
Kazakhstan On December 30, 2019.
