/KASE, January 13, 2020/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on
December 20, 2019:
- to approve the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the company’s
shareholders held by absentee voting on December 20, 2019;
- to choose Grant Thornton as an audit firm for conducting the company’s operations
in 2019.
