listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the

scheduled by the Board of Directors for 11:00 o'clock on December 27, 2019, was
postponed to a later date, due to insufficient and delayed materials for
consideration of issues on the agenda by shareholders of the Company.
