/KASE, January 9, 2020/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the powers of
Rumina Arslankyzy, a member of the Board of Directors, have been terminated early
at her initiative.
Currently, Leasing Group’s Board of Directors comprises four people: M.A.
Dzhaukenov, A.M. Tulegenov, T.K. Kurmangaliyev and E.S. Primbetov.
