Extract from Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia's shareholder registers as at January 1, 2020

/KASE, January 9, 2020/ – Central Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholder registers of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank) as at January 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the Bank makes up 18,000,000 pieces; - 12,839,114 common shares of the Bank are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Bank's outstanding shares is Sberbank of Russia (Moscow), which owns 12,838,826 common shares of the Bank (100.00% of the total number of the Bank's outstanding shares).
