/KASE, January 6, 2020/ – Insurance Сompany Amanat (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 27, 2019 R.U.
Amirov was elected the chairman of Board of Directors of the company.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Insurance Сompany
Amanat Insurance consists of three persons: R.U. Amirov, E.N. Begimbetov, N.K.
Batyrgozhin.
