/KASE, January 6, 2020/ – Insurance company Amanat (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder the following changes were made to
the composition of the Board of Directors:
- A. Kanafin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, removed;
- R. Amirov, member of the Board of Directors, appointed.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Insurance company Amanat
consists of three persons: R. Amirov, E. Begimbetov, N. Batyrgozhin.
