/KASE, January 6, 2020/ – As announced earlier, by a decision of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of December 27, 2019, the following
bonds of Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" (Almaty) were
included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category:
- KZ2C00006393 (KZIKb30; KZT1, KZT30.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon 10.25 % APR;
30/360);
- KZ2C00006401 (KZIKb31; KZT1, KZT30.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon 10.25 %
APR; 30/360).
This Listing Commission decision is effective as of January 6, 2020, after the
issuer fulfilled the terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix
2.2 to KASE's internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
