/KASE, January 6, 2020/ – Insurance company Amanat (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a
decision of its sole shareholder dated December 25, 2019: "to sell ordinary
shares of the Company in the number of 1,930,000 ... pieces, which makes 100 %
of the total number of voting shares of the Company, by way of concluding an
agreement on purchase-sale of ordinary shares with the buyer
"Investment house "Fincraft" JSC.
