/KASE, December 25, 2019, re-distributed due to provision of updated document
by the issuer/ – Karazhyra (Semei), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a change from
December 12, 2019 in the composition of its shareholders with ten or more
percent of the company's shares:
- KARAZHYRA HOLDINGS B.V. quit as a shareholder with ten or more percent of the
company's shares;
- V. Ogai and E. Ogai became shareholder with ten or more percent of the company's
shares.
