are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following information statement dated December 25, 2019:

Freedom Holding Corp. (hereinafter referred to as the Holding), announces tender
offer and order collection in respect of Holding’s Bonds for the total amount of
US $ 50,000,000 on the Astana International Exchange ("AIX"). The following
applications were submitted to AIX: (i) on including the Bonds in AIX Official
List; and (ii) on admittance of the Bonds to trading on AIX.
Orders will be collected on December 27, 2019. More detailed information on
placement of Bonds is available on AIX website (
