/KASE, December 26, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision
of the Board of Directors of December 18, 2019, N.A. Baizirov, a member of the
Management Board and Managing Director, was removed from the Board.
Given this change, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance comprises four people:
K.T. Izbastin, B.S. Ospanov, A.B. Ashirbekov and N.Sh. Karnakova.
