/KASE, December 23, 2019/ – Shubarkol Premium (Karaganda), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 12:00 o’clock
on January 22, 2019 with the following agenda:
- on concluding major interested party transaction by the company;
- on making amendments to the company’s charter.
