Investment House Fincraft’s shareholders decided to engage in operations of Amanat Insurance Company

/KASE, December 20, 2019/ – Investment House Fincraft (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders held on December 18, 2019: - to approve the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the company’s shareholders revided by the Board of Directors; - to engage in the operations of Amanat Insurance Company by transferring some assets in the amount equal to or exceeding twenty five per cent of of all assets of the Company.
