/KASE, December 20, 2019/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of December 13, 2019 bonds
KZ2С00006369 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 270 days; 30/360) of Leasing Group (Almaty)
were included in KASE Official List by category "commercial bonds" of alternative
market.
This decision of the Management Board comes into force on December 20, 2019 as
the said issuer has fulfilled the terms set in item 6 of Chapter 1 of Appendix
2.4 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
