/KASE, December 19, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about I. Kolomeyskiy, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, leaving the
Board of Directors of his own accord (termination of powers from December 23, 2019).
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank
Sberbank of Russia consists of nine persons: G. Anashkin, A. Ashurkov,
P. Barchugov, D. Zvyagintsev, B. Isengaliev, A. Kamalov, N. Avdeenko, V. Sitnov,
S. Akhanov.
