/KASE, December 19, 2019/ – KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical Concern (Stepnogorsk),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start
at 11:00 a.m. on January 20, 2019 with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting;
- choosing an audit firm for performing the audit of the company.
