Investment and brokerage company "Kazkommerts Securities" JSC has been named
the best underwriter in Kazakhstan, becoming the winner in the nomination "Best
Underwriters – Investment Banking – Kazakhstan – 2019" according to the
international edition International Finance. International Finance Awards for
the first time rewarded and named the Kazakh company as the best underwriter in
the country.
Over eleven months of 2019 Kazkommerts Securities was acting as the only
underwriter on the offering of ten issuances of debt securities in the total
amount of KZT185 bn (the market share will be determined based on 2019 results).
During 2018 Kazkommerts Securities was acting as the only underwriter on the
offering of tent issuances of debt securities in the total amount of KZT219 bn,
thus, occupying 47.45% of the market (organizers' ranking: market issues). In
doing so, Kazkommerts Securities became a leader in terms of the volumes
and number of corporate bond offerings in Kazakhstan's debt capital market.
