/KASE, December 19, 2019/ – Investment House Fincraft (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on February 4,
2020 by absentee voting.
The meeting agenda includes the issue "On making a decision on participation of
the company in operations of Amanat Insurance Company JSC by transferring some
assets in an amount equal to or exceeding twenty five per cent of of all assets
of the Company".
