/KASE, December 13, 2019/ – BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC)
(Almaty), the managing company of interval unit investment trust "CenterCredit-Valyutniy",
whose units are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated December 10, 2019.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve payout of dividends on ordinary shares for 2018;
- to approve amendments to the corporate governance code of the company;
- to approve amendments to the company's charter;
- to approve the decision on increasing the number of authorized shares of
the company by 5,000,000,000 pieces.
The sole shareholder took decisions on a total of five issues on the agenda.
