/KASE, December 13, 2019/ – National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE that by the decision of the Board of Directors of November 28, 2019,
A.B. Orazkhanov, a member of the Management Board and Deputy Chairman of the
Management Board for Logistics, was removed from the Board.
Given this change, the Management Board of the National Company Kazakhstan Temir
Zholy comprises six people: Mynbayev S.M., Abdenov S.S., Almagambetov K.E.,
Kusherov D.A., Mukushov A.Y. and Duzbayeva M.A.
